Store Manager – New Store Opening | Livingston | Salary up to £33,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Store Manager with a passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Zachary Daniels Recruitment are looking for an inspiring leader to launch and lead an exciting new store opening in Livingston.
As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, creating an engaging shopping environment, and driving commercial success from day one. You'll lead by example, motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving ambitious sales and operational targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing a motivated retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs, and profitability
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand values
- Managing stock, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team for a successful new store launch
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion or a fast-paced retail environment
- A proven track record of achieving commercial results
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Passion for fashion, customer service, and creating an inspiring store culture
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
