We're recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a respected lifestyle retailer known for its beautifully curated product range, premium collections, and design-led approach.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the overall success of the store, covering everything from team leadership, commercial results, to maintaining high standards on the shop floor.

Your role will involve:

  • Creating an engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Operating in a dynamic, high-visibility retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team to maximise their potential.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through personalised, attentive service.
  • Drive sales performance, maximise profitability, and achieve all key commercial KPIs.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Oversee stock management, staffing rotas, compliance, and health & safety.
  • Build a positive, high-performing culture with a focus on engagement and results.
  • Represent the brand professionally, embodying its values and standards at all times.

About You

We’re looking for a Store Manager-level professional seeking their next challenge, with the following experience and attributes:

  • A passion for lifestyle retail.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a proven track record in driving sales and performance.
  • Experience leading large teams in high-volume retail environments.
  • Confidence in managing performance and developing talent.
  • The ability to create an inspiring shopping experience, especially during peak trading periods.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings, as required by the store.
