Key Responsibilities

  • Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance
  • Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience
  • Oversee daily store operations including:
    • Stock control
    • Store merchandising
    • Team performance
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to senior management
  • Build strong internal relationships within the store

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment
  • A passionate and inspiring personality with strong leadership ability
  • Proven track record in driving sales and meeting retail targets
  • Experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on team development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
