Key Responsibilities
- Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance
- Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience
- Oversee daily store operations including:
- Stock control
- Store merchandising
- Team performance
- Maintain exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to senior management
- Build strong internal relationships within the store
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment
- A passionate and inspiring personality with strong leadership ability
- Proven track record in driving sales and meeting retail targets
- Experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong people management skills with a focus on team development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
