Become our new team leader in
Full time (40 hours)
Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
- Maximise contribution by achieving budget sales and controlling costs.
- Manage store costs while delivering on store objectives.
- Report weekly figures accurately to monitor stores performance and opportunities to improve.
- Ensure that team recruitment and scheduling is maintained in line with budgets.
- Manage the content and frequency of the teams training to develop and motivate in order to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance.
- Manage the overall customer experience bringing to life the waterdrop® brand values.
- Provide opportunities for future store managers for succession planning.
- Manage the performance and development of the management team.
- Manage the store presentation including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising to reflect our brand.
- Provide feedback and information on product performance and development to appropriate departments.
- Maintain open communication up and down within the store, across to other departments and ultimately our customer.
- Lead on opportunities for store events, marketing and sales opportunities within the local area.
- Manage time and priorities effectively in store.
- Ensure store visits by the senior waterdrop® management team are always a positive experience.
- Responsible for adherence within the store of all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible within the store for health and safety compliance.

What you bring to the table:
- Experience of work in an environment where high emphasis is placed on customer service, product presentation and commercial management.
- Understands own store's KPIs, objectives, how they are performing and what can positively influence them.
- Ability to accurately report sales figures and store performance to senior management team.
- Ability to manage and coach people individually and teams.
- Experience in recruiting and training a high performing team.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver standards and results.
- Ability to positively influence commercial and operational areas.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt your own style to situations.
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Effective delegation.
- Open to self-improvement, development and feedback to aid personal, store and team performance.
- Resilient, showing problem solving skills and dealing with daily challenges.
