Store Manager
Store Manager - Oliver Peoples

Oliver Peoples was founded in 1987, with its first boutique in West Hollywood, California. Rooted in a vintage heritage aesthetic and inspired by the culture of Los Angeles, fashion, film, art and music, the brand is known for refined design, exceptional materials, exclusive product details and superior lens technology.
We’re looking for a Store Manager who understands that true luxury is shaped by leadership, how a team is guided, how standards are upheld, and how every customer experience feels effortless, elevated and authentic to the brand.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the store and its performance by:
- Setting the vision and tone for the store, ensuring every customer interaction reflects calm confidence and considered service.
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, from standards and presentation to performance and results.
- Leading, developing and inspiring the team through presence, coaching and clear expectations.
- Driving commercial performance, using insight, storytelling and strong floor leadership to achieve and exceed targets.
- Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development, building a confident, knowledgeable and service-led team.
- Ensuring deep knowledge of brand heritage, craftsmanship, materials and lenses is embedded in the customer journey.
- Managing operational excellence, including scheduling, stock, compliance and reporting.
