The Role
We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our Tilehurst team, reporting directly to the Area Manager. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, drive sales, and create an outstanding experience for every customer who visits.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations, including stock control and store standards.
- Lead your team to meet sales targets and KPIs, fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
- Maintain health & safety compliance, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting our mission to be the Best Pet Care Business in the World.
- Embrace 6 months of industry-leading training covering customer service, pet care, and health & safety.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of retail management experience, leading a team of 10+ in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for retail and a track record of high performance under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and develop your team.
- A willingness to learn and qualify through structured training on customer care, pet expertise, and compliance.
