What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
- Take full ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
- Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
- Build a strong team culture focused on engagement, development, and accountability
- Partner with support teams to deliver continuous improvement and business success
