Job Overview & Responsibilities

  • Flagship Launch & Project Management

    • Lead the full lifecycle of the Concept Store launch, coordinating with architects, contractors, and Global HQ.
    • Turn a "shell and core" site into a premium brand landmark on time and within budget.
  • Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership

    • Own the store's P&L, labor optimization, and inventory strategy to drive positive cash flow.
    • Deliver high-performance results through data-driven decision-making and effective ROI management.
  • Hyper-local Marketing & Community

    • Position the store as a cultural landmark through in-store activations, fashion collaborations, and VIP community events.
    • Generate strong brand awareness and customer retention.

  • Regulatory & Risk Management
    • Ensure full compliance with TRPR/TPD regulations, age-verification protocols, and UK Employment Law.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years leading premium retail, lifestyle boutiques, or high-end hospitality (luxury tech, premium beauty, private members' clubs, etc.).
  • Proven success in new store openings (0β†’1) or business scaling (1β†’100) is highly preferred.
  • Language: Fluent English is required.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, CRM systems, store operations, and crisis management.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient in fast-changing startup environments.
  • Long-term mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to build relationships with Manchester KOLs and drive traffic organically.
