Store Manager

Location: Royal Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £60,000 + Package
Role: Permanent | Full Time

Are You?

  • An experienced Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Leader from a retail, hospitality, leisure or fast-paced customer-facing background.
  • A natural people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to drive performance, productivity and profitability.
  • Experienced managing large teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Passionate about developing people and creating a positive, high-energy culture.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your operation, leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional results. You'll be responsible for people, performance, customer experience, compliance, commercial delivery and operational excellence.
