The Role
You’ll:
- Motivate and support your team, aligning with Lidl’s core values
- Foster an environment where every colleague can achieve their best
- Drive performance improvements in day-to-day store operations and KPIs
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring seamless operations and focused teamwork
- Deliver exceptional customer service for every shopper who walks through our doors
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and inspiring teams in high-energy retail environments
- Strong time management and delegation skills

- The ability to listen and handle challenging conversations
- Self-assurance in monitoring, measuring, and continuously improving key performance indicators
