The Role

You’ll:

  • Motivate and support your team, aligning with Lidl’s core values

  • Drive performance improvements in day-to-day store operations and KPIs
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring seamless operations and focused teamwork
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for every shopper who walks through our doors

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and inspiring teams in high-energy retail environments
  • Strong time management and delegation skills

  • Self-assurance in monitoring, measuring, and continuously improving key performance indicators
