Store Manager - Vision Express

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
- Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
- Support the delivery of eye care services using the latest optical technology
- Ensure your store is operationally excellent, compliant and customer focused

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or retail leader
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire others
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
