Store Manager – Leigh (40 Hours Per Week)
Store Location: Leigh Hours: 40 per week Operating Hours: 7 AM – 8 PM (early starts & late finishes required)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Delivering great customer service: Train and motivate your team to provide outstanding service, driving sales through exceptional service standards.
- All-in hands-on work: Help your team with deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, order fulfilment, and branch opening/closing.
- Inspiring your team: Foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and positivity—because a happy team delivers great results.
- Building relationships: Ensure your team gets the development they need and supports long-term business growth & succession planning.
- Leading from the front: Coach, mentor, and engage your team to create a motivating, high-performing environment.
- Creating a winning work culture: Maintain high stock availability, branch standards, and a fun, engaging workplace—because we want everyone to love coming to work.
