Store Manager – Downpatrick (39 Hours/Week)
Location: Downpatrick
Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
Working Hours: Full-time, flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (patterns discussed during interview).

The Role – Store Manager
As a Store Manager at Savers, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards in customer service and sales performance
- Ensuring audit processes and operational excellence are followed

We’re looking for a fantastic retailer who can:
- Demonstrate 2+ years of retail management experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Take pride in leading teams to success
- Keep customers and colleagues at the heart of decision-making
