Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Create eye-catching visual merchandising that attracts attention and boosts in-store traffic
- Build strong customer relationships—transforming first-time shoppers into loyal fans
- Coach and develop team members to enhance sales performance and consistency
- Ensure smooth store operations and efficient daily running

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing successful retail teams (preferably in the fashion or streetwear industry)
