The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store, leading from the front to drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs and store profitability
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
- Managing day to day operations, compliance and team performance
- Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

About You
You'll be an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail who:
- Has a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI results
- Enjoys developing and motivating high performing teams
- Has strong commercial awareness and a hands on leadership style
- Thrives in a fast paced retail environment
- Is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
