Store Manager | Richmond | Fashion Retail | Up to £40,000 + Bonus | OTE £45,000

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store, leading from the front to drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team
  • Driving sales, KPIs and store profitability
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
  • Managing day to day operations, compliance and team performance
  • Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

About You

You'll be an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail who:

  • Has a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI results
  • Enjoys developing and motivating high performing teams
  • Has strong commercial awareness and a hands on leadership style
  • Thrives in a fast paced retail environment
  • Is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
