Role Overview: As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and profitable operation of our flagship store. You will lead by example, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store exceeds its financial targets. Apply now to be part of our journey towards success! Responsibilities: Develop strategies to exceed or achieve store sales targets. Suggest and adopt sales strategies, CRM and marketing plans aimed at increasing revenues. Implement and execute promotions, events and initiatives to drive sales and achieve store targets. Report sales results, act on low stock on best sellers, missing product needs and deliver customer feedback to the relevant departments in Head Office. Oversee recruitment and onboarding, support career growth, and drive incentive schemes. Train and empower the team for exceptional performance, fostering a positive and inclusive culture. Address employee concerns with a supportive approach and review team performance. Manage daily team briefings and communicate payroll changes to HR. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Loss prevention, HR policies and Cash Management etc. Responsible for effectively managing the staff rota to ensure floor coverage and smooth store operations. Monitor and optimise store costs (general supplies, labour, shipping, gifting etc). Take an active role to ensure inventory is in line with store targets. Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to optimise store performance.
