What You’ll Need
- Proven track record of team leadership in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or operational environment.
- Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to establishing an inclusive culture of support for both customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional communication abilities to navigate complex conversations.
- Data-savvy mindset with the ability to monitor, analyse, and improve store performance metrics.
