Store Manager – Join the Lidl Team

£46,000 – £66,000 per annum | 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What You’ll Need

  • Proven track record of team leadership in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or operational environment.
  • Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to establishing an inclusive culture of support for both customers and colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to navigate complex conversations.
  • Data-savvy mindset with the ability to monitor, analyse, and improve store performance metrics.
