We're recruiting for a Store Manager opportunity with a highly regarded premium fashion retailer known for its beautifully crafted products, exceptional materials, and loyal customer following. This is the perfect next step for an ambitious Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager looking to progress into their first Store Manager position.

The Role
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 colleagues.
- Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and team engagement.
- Create a welcoming, premium shopping experience for every customer.
- Take ownership of store operations, visual standards, and commercial results.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
- Build strong local connections and maintain a loyal customer base.
About You
- Currently working as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager within fashion, lifestyle, homeware, or premium retail.
- A natural leader who enjoys developing people and creating a positive team culture.
- Commercially aware with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Passionate about premium products, craftsmanship, and quality.
- Looking for an opportunity to take greater ownership and accelerate your retail career.
