What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
- Take full ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
- Oversee all store operations including:
- Rotas
- Stock management
- Compliance
- Standards adherence
- Build a strong team culture focused on:
- Engagement
- Development
- Accountability
- Work closely with the Store Manager at Stockton Tesco, sharing resources and best practices across both locations
- Support the continued growth and development of a store with strong potential for future success
