Store Manager

Store Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days, including bank holidays and weekends.

Salary: Circa £38,000 per annum, DOE, with the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to report into the Regional Sales Manager. You will:

  • Inspire and develop our high-performing team of up to five staff members
  • Uphold our brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence
  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Drive sales performance
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience

How You’ll Contribute

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Guide and mentor the sales team toward consistently exceeding sales targets
    • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Client Experience, Feedback & Improvement:
    • Ensure warm, consultative customer service
    • Actively gather and utilise client feedback to raise service standards
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain expertise in our jewellery collections
    • Conduct regular team training to boost product expertise
