Store Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days, including bank holidays and weekends.
Salary: Circa £38,000 per annum, DOE, with the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to report into the Regional Sales Manager. You will:
- Inspire and develop our high-performing team of up to five staff members
- Uphold our brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence
- Oversee daily store operations
- Drive sales performance
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience

How You’ll Contribute
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Guide and mentor the sales team toward consistently exceeding sales targets
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Client Experience, Feedback & Improvement:
- Ensure warm, consultative customer service
- Actively gather and utilise client feedback to raise service standards
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain expertise in our jewellery collections
- Conduct regular team training to boost product expertise
