As a Store Manager you will lead the entire store operation, responsible to ensure the growth of profitable sales through achieving and exceeding financial targets and KPIs. The Store Manager will be a brand ambassador; endorsing the Lacoste behavioural values in order to lead, develop and manage an outstanding team who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. They act as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision: to become a unique premium and sport inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company's values.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in leading a retail store from any industry
  • Extensive experience in people management in services and/or retail
  • Willing to endorse the Lacoste Values to the highest standard
  • Able to understand, interpret and communicate internal financial results and KPIs
  • Able to use data to drive key decisions and implement new improvement methodologies
