The Store Manager role is critical and comes with high potential for development. You must be a skilled leader with a proven track record of successfully managing teams, prioritising safety (for you and others), and delivering exceptional customer service. Some key activities include:
- Team Leadership: Organising, motivating, and supporting a high-performing team.
- Operational Excellence: Meeting performance targets in profit, service, and efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensuring every customer has a seamless experience with the right products.
- Promotions & Stock Management: Keeping promotions current and stock levels accurate.

- Experience: Proven track record as a Store Manager or similar high-intensity retail leadership role.
- Mindset: A ‘can-do’ attitude—retail success depends on resilience and adaptability. This is non-negotiable.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial performance, including KPI exposure and working to targets.
- Recruitment & Development: Ability to identify and nurture raw talent.
