The Role
We are looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead our London store. You will be an ambassador of UNTAMD, embodying the brand’s spirit and ensuring excellence across every touchpoint.
This role combines creativity with commercial focus. You’ll drive sales performance, nurture a passionate team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that captures UNTAMD’s distinctive voice and energy.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and People
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver excellence in service and presentation
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, goal-setting, and training
- Recruit and onboard talent aligned with UNTAMD’s values and vision
- Create an inclusive, positive, and collaborative store culture
- Set clear objectives and track performance to exceed commercial targets

Customer Experience
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a warm, personal, and memorable service
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through authentic connection and follow-up
- Champion CRM practices to enhance loyalty and retention
- Support in-store events and activations that reflect UNTAMD’s brand story
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and care
Commercial and Operations
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, conversion, and key KPIs
- Analyse reports to identify business opportunities and implement action plans
- Maintain operational excellence, from cash management to stock accuracy and visual standards
- Manage budgets, payroll, and controllable costs in line with company targets
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols
- Partner with head office on marketing launches, merchandising, and seasonal initiatives
Product and Presentation
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure the team can share it confidently
- Oversee visual merchandising to align with UNTAMD’s brand aesthetic
- Monitor stock levels and replenishment, ensuring accuracy and minimal loss
- Ensure every display and interaction reflects UNTAMD’s design philosophy and attention to detail

About You
- Minimum three years of experience in store management within jewellery, fashion, or premium retail
- A natural leader with strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Commercially minded with proven results in driving sales and managing KPIs
- Passionate about jewellery, craftsmanship, and storytelling
- Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-oriented
- Warm, approachable, and guided by integrity
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
