About the Role

We’re looking for customers-first leaders with a knack for retail hustle, strong commercial instinct, and hands-on drive. As Store Manager, you’ll shape an energetic team, ensure flawless service, and hit bold commercial targets—while leading by example on the shop floor and driving operational excellence.

This role demands next-level teamwork: from coaching staff to turning tricky challenges into opportunities. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment alongside your Regional Manager, balancing strategy, standards, and ensuring sales targets move forward.


Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and inspire as both mentor and walk-in team member.
  • Drive sales performance with sharp KPI strategy, merchandising focus, and real-time operational finesse.
  • Manage daily store workflows including stock, physical space, and compliance auditing.
  • Cultivate a hands-on team culture through engagement initiatives, regular check-ins, and celebrating wins.
  • Leverage performance data to inform decisions and continuously boost customer satisfaction scores and bottom lines.

What You’ll Bring

  • Essential minimum experience: 3+ years as a Store Manager (retail or hospitality)
  • Strong people leadership: Coaching, firelit moments of personal growth, and hands-on training of teams.
  • Commercial savvy: Friendly with sales targets, data, product margins, and other financial basics.
  • Operational management: Handling stock, budget, compliance, and visual store standards.
  • Performance analyst: Tracking metrics so you can look at productivity & engagement like a scientist.

Schedule & Training

This management role operates in a rotation to encompass both the week and weekends for trust in covering seasonal peaks.

** neo-weekly slot**: Sets you up with training to start on the winning foot:

  • 2 days of support at our Gloucester backroom for systems and operations prep.
  • A foundational 4 to 8 week training rotation among existing, trusted stores. Completion reflects readiness for a ready branch open in good hand.
