Central London Flagship Boutique

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a high-profile flagship boutique in Central London. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for luxury retail, exceptional client experience, and the ability to drive both people and performance in a refined, design-led environment.
You will take full ownership of the store’s commercial success, team development, and client engagement strategy, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring the highest standards across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership & Performance
- Take full accountability for delivering and exceeding store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance, identifying opportunities to drive ATV, UPT, conversion, and client retention
- Implement strategic action plans to optimise trading, footfall conversion, and team productivity
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to ensure the store remains commercially competitive
Client Experience & CRM
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an elevated and personalised client experience at all times
- Build and maintain a strong personal client book, nurturing long-term relationships with VIC and VIP clients
- Drive a culture of proactive clienteling, including outreach, appointment setting, and post-purchase follow-up
- Host in-store appointments, styling sessions, and exclusive client events to strengthen loyalty and engagement

Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and service-led culture
- Conduct regular 1:1s, PDPs, and performance reviews, ensuring clear development pathways for all team members
- Lead daily briefs and weekly meetings focused on commercial priorities, product knowledge, and service excellence
- Actively coach the team on the shop floor, providing real-time feedback to enhance performance and confidence
Operations & Store Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including rota planning, payroll, stock management, and compliance
- Oversee stock control, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy to support commercial performance
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure all operational processes are executed with precision, including cash handling, reporting, and H&S

Brand Representation
- Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s aesthetic, values, and approach to modern luxury
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and ensure the team reflects the same standards
- Create a welcoming and aspirational in-store environment that aligns with the brand’s identity
About You
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within premium or luxury retail
- Highly commercial with a strong understanding of KPIs and how to influence them through team and service
- Passionate about clienteling, with a track record of building and developing a loyal client base
- A natural leader who thrives on developing people and creating high-performing teams
- Hands-on, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced flagship environment
- Strong organisational and operational management skills
- A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and delivering a refined customer journey
