Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Performance
- Set and enforce high standards across sales, service, and operations with energy, visibility, and decisiveness
- Use real-time analytics to maximise revenue and minimise waste
- Establish and uphold JD’s visual merchandising and operational standards
Team Development
- Build a high-performing team by providing meaningful feedback and progress pathways
- Foster collaboration and engagement while maintaining JD’s dynamic, high-energy culture
Customer & Commercial Focus
- Create an in-store experience that aligns with JD’s premium brand promise
- Adapt to market trends and customer behaviour to consistently drive superior results
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Retail management experience, proven ability to lead and inspire in fast-paced environments
- Sharp commercial sense with excellent data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication to engage teams and customers
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and operational efficiency
