The Store Manager Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance, leading your team to deliver commercial results while maintaining excellent retail standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a successful retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Delivering excellent customer service and shopping experiences
- Managing store operations, compliance and Health & Safety
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards
- Supporting recruitment, training and colleague development

What We're Looking For
You will ideally have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Department Manager within retail.
You'll be:
- A strong people leader who enjoys developing teams
- Commercially focused with experience delivering sales results
- Passionate about fashion retail and customer service
- Positive, proactive and able to lead from the front
