About The Role
Join us here at Poundland as a Store Manager and you’ll lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver fantastic store standards and amazing service for our customers every day.
You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, driving sales, achieving targets, and making sure everything runs smoothly. From leading your team and developing colleagues, to overseeing operations, stock control, and customer experience, you’ll be at the heart of a busy and fast-paced retail environment.
Creating a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues will always be your top priority. You’ll lead by example, ensuring store policies and procedures are followed while building a strong, positive team culture where everyone can succeed.
This role calls for a confident and inspiring leader who can motivate a team, make smart commercial decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving retail environment. Essential retail management experience will help you thrive in this role, along with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to use data to drive performance and improve results.
