Store Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager looking for your next challenge in fashion retail?

We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a successful fashion retail store in Chiswick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people, driving commercial performance and creating a brilliant customer experience.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in the office. We're looking for a hands on Store Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment, isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and can inspire their team to deliver exceptional results every day.

The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the store. You'll lead from the front, coach your team, drive sales and ensure high standards across every area of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing your team
  • Driving sales performance and delivering KPI targets
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Managing store operations, stock control and visual merchandising
  • Recruiting, training and developing future talent
  • Building a high performing and engaged team culture
  • Ensuring excellent standards across the store at all times
  • Using commercial awareness to maximise opportunities and drive profitability

About You

To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, Fashion Retail Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager
  • A strong track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performance
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing retail teams
  • The ability to lead from the front in a fast paced retail environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and decision making skills
  • A positive, energetic and proactive leadership style
  • A passion for customer service and delivering results through people
