Your Responsibilities

  • Customer experience: Demonstrate our product values, inspire through personality and knowledge, and embody leadership to motivate the team.
  • Fostering positivity: Build a supportive workplace where successes—big and small—are celebrated collaboratively.
  • People management: Hire, train, and coach staff, ensuring continuous growth and development for all.
  • Performance & metrics: Track store profitability, targets, and KPIs, intervening when needed to sustain peak performance.
  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with Area Management, HR, and Retail Operations to grow the store and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Supportive leadership: Act as a reliable point of contact—problem-solving and offering guidance when required.

Your Experience & Competencies

  • Proven track record of management in retail or leadership roles
  • Passion for sales & service: Embody openness and drive team motivation
  • Fashion/footwear trends & social media: Stay informed and socially engaged
  • Results-driven mindset: Data-savvy with an eye for retail-specific KPIs
  • Proficiency: MS Office & common POS software
  • Language: Fluent in English (other languages advantageous)
  • Brand affinity: Genuine enthusiasm for Birkenstock’s mission and products
