Store Manager (Canary Wharf)
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary Range: £45-55k
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12 months. We are seeking a confident retail leader to head up our new Canary Wharf store, which opens in mid-September. If you have a passion for footwear, fashion, and customer experience we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be a key part of our leadership team: driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll be joining us at the start of our big expansion plans, so there will be plenty of opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including team management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and coaching
- Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation across Nokwol and third-party products
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and care

About You
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or footwear
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and a keen eye for style
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
