# Convenience Store Manager – Lead Your Own Business at Morrisons Daily

We are searching for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy Convenience Stores, fostering exceptional service for customers, guiding motivated teams, and strengthening community ties—ensuring your store thrives as the local hub.


Your Mission: Drive Success Across Four Key Pillars

1. Customer & Commercial Performance

Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by:

  • Treating the store as your business—innovating and optimising services to boost sales and operational efficiency.
  • Championing exceptional customer experiences, constantly looking for ways to outperform competitors while aligning with Morrisons’ core values.

2. Team Leadership & Development

Nurture a high-performing team with:

  • Full oversight of recruitment, induction, training, and development to create strong leaders from within.
  • Cultivating an inclusive, inspiring culture where every colleague feels equipped to excel and deliver outstanding service.

3. Operational Excellence

Maintain rigorous standards in:

  • Health & safety, compliance, and cleanliness to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Flexible working practices—hours are dictated by demand, requiring availability for mornings, nights, and weekends.
