About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to:
- Serve your customers

- Ensure the store is the best place to work and shop
Key Responsibilities
As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:
1. Customer & Commercial Performance
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Treat the store as your own business—constantly seeking innovative ways to:

- Manage costs effectively

- Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service

3. Operational Excellence
- Standards & Compliance:
- Ensure all operational procedures, health & safety, and compliance standards are rigorously followed
- Maintain an attractive, safe, and efficient shopping environment
- Flexibility:
- Hours are business/customer-driven, requiring availability for:

- Weekend work

About You
