Store Manager - Costa
Costa Store Manager – Lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution
Location Doncaster North Services, M18 Junction 5, Hatfield, Doncaster DN8 5GS
Hours & Salary 40 hours per week | £31,000 to £32,000 annually
As Store Manager, you’ll focus on making every visit exceptional. You’ll run your store professionally, fostering a motivating team culture while transforming the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll ensure standards are met and profitability is maximised:
- Drive financial success – Meet and exceed budget & P&L targets
- Lead your team – Support, develop, and motivate colleagues to feel valued
- Deliver outstanding service – Maintain high brand standards and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage operations daily – Lead shifts from opening to closing, ensuring smooth, high-pressure performance
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this position, you’ll have:
- Proven team leadership – Experience managing high-volume teams in retail, catering, or hospitality
- Financial and operational expertise – A track record in managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and improving efficiency
- Strong stakeholder relationships – An ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Motivational talent – Skilled in coaching, training, and succession planning
- P Sesure under pressure – Calm, decisive, and focused in fast-paced environments
