Store Manager - Costa
Costa Store Manager – Lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution
Location: Doncaster North Services, M18 Junction 5, Hatfield, Doncaster DN8 5GS
Contract: 40 hours per week Salary: £31,000 to £32,000 per annum
As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Costa’s mission to put people first. You’ll elevate every visit into a standout experience by running your store with passion, building a winning team culture, and leading the charge to redefine the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll be doing
- Hit and exceed budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) targets for your Costa store
- Lead, support, and develop your team, ensuring every colleague feels valued and empowered to grow
- Uphold exceptional brand standards and drive consistently outstanding customer service
- Oversee all operations from opening to closing, maintaining seamless performance under pressure
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality
- Track record of:
- Managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and improving operational efficiencies
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Strong skills in:
- Motivating teams through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Remaining calm, decisive, and focused during high-pressure periods
- Currently an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant/General Manager, ready to step into a Store Manager role
- Passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experiences
