Store Manager – Bideford Area – Up to £37,000 per annum (Permanent)

What You’ll Do
Being a Store Manager means so much more than running a store—it’s about ownership and defining success:
- Ensuring seamless customer satisfaction and driving a strong customer service culture to boost Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Building and maintaining a customer Magnet—a shop environment that keeps consumers coming back.
