We’re looking for passionate, people-focused leaders to join our stores at Team Manager, Deputy Store Manager, and Store Manager level across our Cotswold Region which includes Witney, Banbury, Chipping Norton and Bicester.

Across all roles, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experience, driving commercial performance, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Team Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and strong commercial results.
  • Use data and insight to drive performance, maximise sales, and improve service standards.
  • Create an inclusive, high-energy environment where colleagues feel supported and motivated.
  • Manage performance effectively, providing clear feedback and guidance to help your team grow.
  • Support delivery of store priorities, embracing change and new ways of working.

Deputy Store Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Store Manager to lead the store, driving performance across commercial, operations, people, and visual standards.
  • Deliver results through effective planning, performance management, and clear accountability.
  • Lead large teams, ensuring high standards, pace, and consistent execution across all areas.
  • Use data, insight, and digital tools to improve decision making and drive performance.
  • Build strong partnerships across your store, region, and wider business to enable transformation and growth.

  • Confidence using digital tools and data to drive decisions and coach others.
