Store Manager - Designate
This is for a Designate Store Manager role therefore a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position.
As a Designate Store Manager, you'll use your experience to make an immediate impact across multiple stores, leading teams through change, driving performance, and sharing best practice. In return, you'll receive excellent support, development opportunities, and a clear pathway to a permanent Store Manager position.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment. Background in a service-focused business. Experience in managing sales and service targets, as well as influencing key performance indicators (KPIs). Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
