Store Manager at EUROSPAR in Dublin City
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Store Manager to join our amazing team at EUROSPAR in Dublin City. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our store operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements
- Experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
