Store Manager at EUROSPAR in Dublin City

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Store Manager to join our amazing team at EUROSPAR in Dublin City. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our store operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
