Job overview and responsibility
Flagship Launch & Project Management
- Lead the full lifecycle of our Concept store launch, coordinating with architects, contractors, and Global HQ.
- Turn a "shell and core" site into a premium brand landmark on time and on budget.
Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Treat the store like your own business. You have full accountability for the P&L, labor optimization, and inventory strategy to drive positive cash flow.
- Drive high-performance results through data-backed decision-making and strict store-level ROI management.
Hyper-local Marketing & Community
- Position the store as a cultural landmark. You will independently design in-store activations, fashion collaborations, and VIP community events to generate organic "brand heat" and robust customer retention.
Regulatory & Risk Management
- Ensure 100% compliance with TRPR/TPD regulations, strict age-verification protocols, and UK Employment Law.

Required skills and experiences
- Experience: Demonstrable experience (typically 1-3+ years) in Retail Operation Experience of Consumer Goods Brands (Perfume Brands & Small Digital Home Appliances.
- A proven track record of 0-to-1 store openings or scaling from 1-to-100 is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluency in English is a must.
- Operational Resilience: You are as comfortable reviewing a P&L and managing a CRM system as you are managing a shop-fit contractor or a security crisis.
- Agility & Extreme Resilience: You thrive in the dynamic, sometimes chaotic environment of a new category launch. When business strategies pivot based on market feedback, you don't just tolerate ambiguity—you embrace it, adapt instantly, and lead your team through changes without losing focus.
