Store Manager
Store Manager (Brighton)
We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Brighton.
There’s an established team in place, and you—the Store Manager—will be working directly with your team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible.
Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store’s daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategies to improve customer service
- Driving store sales and profitability
- Adhering to company policies
- Implementing creative marketing programs to boost sales and enhance the customer experience
We invest in training and development, and this role is no exception. Our mission is to establish an environment where employees can thrive by achieving, developing, and progressing.
You will receive support in the form of:
- Regular 1-1 meetings
- Ongoing training
- Empowering tools to excel

What We’re Looking For in a Successful Store Manager:
- A genuine passion for fashion retail and alignment with our company values
- Previous experience in fashion retail (highly desirable)
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong skills in team management, motivation, and training
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting
- Exceptionally organised with a strong customer-first mindset
- Deep understanding of the fashion retail industry and market trends
