The Role: Store Manager
Reporting to the Brand Leader, you’ll:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Master first-line online customer service—responding effectively to emails, chats, and calls via our system.
- Balance operational excellence: customer journey, financial targets, and business updates.
- Uphold AllSaints’ standards as a trusted ambassador promoting our products and brand culture.
Your Community Focus
Your store is more than a shop—it’s the hub of an engaged community of customers who engage with the brand in-store, online, or via partnerships. Your energy, creativity, and strategic vision will make AllSaints feel unmistakably memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Team Enablement & Leadership
- Incentivize and educate your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies, and developments to inspire outstanding performance.
- Recognise and reward successes, while identifying growth opportunities for development.
- Recruit, uplift, and retain floor managers and stylists to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Retail Operations & Finances
- Optimise in-store aesthetics: Plan and implement monthly floor sets, spotlighting new collections and clearing deadlines.
- Utilise real-time reporting tools to monitor the sales floor, uncover trends, and mitigate risks promptly.
Exceptional Customer Engagement
- Manage holistic customer queries across channels: chat, email, calls—all aligned with your expertise in product knowledge and service delivery.
- Monitor team well-being and hygiene, promoting a pride-filled brand presence via internal feedback systems.

Location: AllSaints Concession, Selfridges London
Store Location: TFL Zone 1 (approx. 5-minute walk to Bond Street station). Core Trading Hours: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (extended hours seasonally).
