About the Role
Join a passionate team at the UK’s leading pawnbroker and one of the country’s top 10 jewellery and watch retailers. H&T offers:

- Opportunity to earn up to £4,000 extra annually through performance-based discretionary bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership – Coach, develop, and inspire your team to meet quarterly financial and service goals, ensuring continuous improvement through training and flexibility
- Customer Excellence – Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, meeting every customer’s needs with high standards
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure full adherence to legal, safety, and company policies to maintain a secure and productive environment
- Business Performance – Drive costs effectively, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability on a consistent basis
- Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with the regional team, sharing best practices and aligning store initiatives with wider business objectives
- Innovation & Implementation – Plan and launch new initiatives while minimising disruption to customers and staff

We’re seeking candidates who:
- Love high standards and enjoy creating exceptional experiences—for both customers and colleagues
- Excel in leadership, team motivation, and development, with proven success in managerial roles—preferably in financial services or customer-facing environments
- Multilingual skills are a bonus – Ability to speak additional languages helps connect with our diverse customer base
