About the Role The role of Store Manager in this global luxury retailer extends far beyond standard high-street management. Success here hinges on leading an exceptional retail team, delivering elite customer service, and driving commercial excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead & develop your team to uphold the highest customer service standards, ensuring they fulfil their potential
- Drive commercial performance by partnering with the buying team to select the right products and manage stock levels
- Autonomously adapt store layout, product placement, and stock levels—unique leverage in this organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, buying, and senior management
- Make data-driven commercial decisions that grow sales based on customer insights and market trends

Essential Requirements
- Proven track record in retail leadership, with experience in a customer-centric environment
- Strong commercial acumen, evidenced by:
- Trading success tied to product range/decision-making
- Sales growth from previous roles
- Motivational leadership—ability to inspire teams without direct supervision
- Flexibility to work one weekend in two
