Store Manager (Guilford)

Hush

Hush is a female-founded and female-led fashion brand with big growth plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded over 20 years ago, we’re now stepping onto the high street - opening our first standalone store in Guildford this September.

This is a big moment for us. And a rare opportunity to be part of it from the very beginning.

We create a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories, defined by effortless style, thoughtful design and a relaxed way of living. Our culture reflects that - collaborative, entrepreneurial and grounded in doing things well.

About the role

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our very first high street store.

This isn’t just about running a store - it’s about building one.

From shaping the team, to creating the environment, to defining what the Hush in-store experience feels like day to day. You’ll set the tone from the start.

At Hush, it’s not just about what customers buy - it’s how they feel when they’re with us. Calm. Comfortable. At ease.

You’ll lead from the front, creating a warm, welcoming space while driving strong commercial performance. Someone who brings energy and ownership, but does it in a way that feels considered, human and true to the brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
