Store Manager- Hampshire

Store Manager Position

If you like the idea of inspiring your team to be proud of everything you’ve achieved together, this might be the role for you.

You’ll lead a dynamic team to deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales, optimising productivity, and minimising costs. Each day brings varied responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating deliveries, orders, and scheduling to meet targets
  • Performance management, customer queries, and till spot checks
  • Overseeing people development, team motivation, and operational strategies

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Store Manager, your key responsibilities include:

    • Team leadership, performance management and continuous professional development

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Short- and long-term business decision-making to maximise efficiency
    • Cost control, productivity optimisation, and sales growth

Person Specification (Requirements)

We’re looking for an experienced people-manager who:

  • Has successfully led fast-paced teams in a customer-driven, results-oriented environment
  • Demonstrates strong time-management, cost-control and productivity-boosting skills
  • Is motivated by targets and thrives in a role where collaboration and accountability drive success

What We Offer

Competitive Salary & Rewards

  • £52,910 (rising to £69,000 after 5 years)
  • *Note: Based on a 45-hour contract; capped contracts offer pro-rated salaries equivalent to 40 hours per week

Flexible Work & Wellbeing

  • 40- or 45-hour contracts, including weekends (with optional options for ≥5-day working weeks)
  • 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
  • Free training for your first 6 months, ongoing support for your career
