The Role
As Store Manager, you will be the brand ambassador, ensuring commercial success through exceptional leadership and team motivation. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Assistant Manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants
- Creating an outstanding in-store experience that leaves customers with special memories
- Driving sales and profitability by identifying and capitalising on KPI-boosting opportunities
- Setting the standard for Pandora’s exemplary customer service with your own high-performing approach
- Maintaining a strong retail floor presence, educating the team on product knowledge, and overseeing back-of-house operations
- Supporting team development, nurturing talent, and ensuring succession planning

The ideal candidate will be:

- someone who thrives on collaboration, drive, and excellence
Key Skills & Experience
✅ Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury/accessible consumer products (e.g., senior supervisor or Assistant Manager roles) ✅ Sales & profitability expertise, with a focus on achieving and surpassing KPIs ✅ A passion for customer service, driving a high-performance culture within the team ✅ Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and take actionable steps to improve performance ✅ Strong communication & leadership skills to coach staff effectively ✅ Adaptability and a positive, solution-focused mindset ✅ Well-presented appearance, taste for high-quality products, and enthusiasm for retail
