The Role
As the Store Manager at Pandora, you will serve as our brand ambassador, driving the store’s commercial success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a high-performing team of assistant managers, supervisors, and sales assistants, fostering a culture of daring excellence and outstanding customer service • Monitor and maximise sales performance, ensuring the store consistently meets and exceeds KPIs • Train and empower your team to specialist level in our luxury handcrafted jewellery, aligning with Pandora’s global brand values • Leverage data and trend analysis to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, inspiring the team and ensuring operational efficiency • Develop and nurture your team’s long-term succession while representing the brand with authenticity and pride
