Retail Store Manager – IQOS Location: Merry Hill Shopping Centre Salary: £34,000 Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Benefits: Competitive salary, performance-related monthly store bonus, pension Please note: Applicants must be aged 18+ due to the nature of the product. About IQOS IQOS is a global innovation from Philip Morris International, designed to offer adult smokers a better alternative to traditional cigarettes. Instead of burning tobacco, IQOS heats specially designed tobacco units, delivering the taste and satisfaction of tobacco with significantly reduced levels of harmful chemicals. With a mission to create a smoke-free future, IQOS combines cutting-edge technology with expert retail experiences to educate and guide adult smokers towards a modern alternative to smoking. The Role: Retail Store Manager As Retail Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for your store’s performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional results in sales, service, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a retail team, setting clear performance expectations and delivering ongoing feedback Drive sales performance and ensure the store achieves or exceeds targets Oversee all operational aspects of the store including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and team engagement Maintain high product knowledge and ensure your team is fully trained and confident in communicating IQOS features This is a leadership-focused role, with full training and support provided to help you succeed.
