Our partner is a prestigious luxury jewelry brand with a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and an elevated customer experience. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in London, delivering operational excellence and driving commercial success.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience while leading and developing a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a strong background in jewelry or luxury retail and a passion for delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management and loss prevention practices.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an outstanding in-store environment in line with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

- 5–7 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and leading teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including diamonds, gold, gemstones, and luxury retail trends.
- Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Previous experience managing a premium or luxury retail store in the UK market is highly desirable.
